To confirm your online booking, a 20% deposit is required. Please note, this deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, reschedule, or make changes within 24 hours of your appointment.

If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice so your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment.

At present, deposits apply to online bookings only. We are currently working towards extending this policy so that all bookings, whether made in-salon or online, will require a 20% deposit.
