With over 25 years of experience, Cheryl’s passion lies in creating effortlessly beautiful hair and helping clients feel their absolute best. As a Wella Master Colour Expert and former NZ Hairdresser of the Year, she’s known for her seamless, lived-in blondes and her commitment to education — both for herself and her team. Since founding Beau Gordon in 2018, Cheryl has led with kindness, creativity, and a deep love for all things hair.
Meet Em - Salon Manager & Lived-In Blonde Specialist, Em has been part of the Beau Gordon family for five years, growing alongside the salon and becoming a familiar, trusted face for both clients and team. Known for her effortless lived-in blondes, from soft sunkissed tones to rich, dimensional blends, Em combines a refined eye for detail with a strong focus on healthy, beautiful hair.
Now stepping into her role as Salon Manager, Em supports and guides the team while continuing to create the warm, elevated client experience she’s known for behind the chair.
After a little time away, Jo has returned to Beau with a renewed love for all things hair, and it shows. Starting April 15th.
Falling back into her signature style, Jo is all about balayage, lived-in blondes and those dreamy, seamless root melts. Think low-maintenance colour, soft blends, and hair that grows out beautifully without the stress.
Annabelle has been part of the Beau family for four years now, bringing her calm and quietly caring presence to the salon each day. While naturally soft-spoken, she has become a trusted listener for so many of our clients, somehow always attracting the chatty ones who feel instantly at ease in her chair.
Known for her beautiful lived-in blondes and genuine warmth, Annabelle has built meaningful connections and a wonderfully loyal following.
As a blonde herself, Jade has a special passion for creating beautifully tailored blonde results. She’s excited to grow in a salon that values excellence, creativity, and ongoing professional development.
Jaime has now been part of the Beau Gordon team for six months, bringing fresh energy and a genuine passion for all things hair. After making a bold career change to follow her creative path, she has embraced every opportunity to learn, grow, and refine her skills through hands-on experience in the salon.
With her positive attitude and determination, Jaime is quickly finding her confidence and loves being part of creating the Beau Gordon experience for every client who walks through the door.
Emma is a dedicated third-year apprentice with a quiet nature and a strong work ethic. She’s passionate about learning and always eager to grow, whether it’s through hands-on salon training or attending external education courses.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys camping and spending quality time with her family. Her calm presence and commitment to improving her skills make her a valued part of the team as she continues to grow in her hairdressing journey.
